The 1st construction phase is finished
The first construction phase of HafenCity Dresden, which is being built along the Elbe promenade, has now been completed. House F, on Leipziger Strasse, is thus the forerunner of the unique construction project directly on Neustädter Hafen. The 1- to 5-room apartments are currently being handed over to the respective purchasers and will offer both singles and families a new home in the future.
The 26 to 163 m² units offer optimal facilities – barrier-free construction, underground parking spaces, as well as balconies and terraces with garden areas. The outstanding living comfort is characterized by energy-efficient construction and technical exclusivity in terms of underfloor heating, electric shutters and video intercom.
House G will also be completed in the near future.
