Real estate prices in Dubai vary greatly depending on location, size and amenities. The average price of an apartment is around 500,000 euros and the average price of a villa is around 1,000,000 euros.
Before the purchase, we will discuss the available budget for your property, the desired location and features. This is followed by the payment of a reservation fee and the conclusion of the purchase contract. Further payments are made according to the progress of construction until the property is completed. The transfer of ownership takes place up to a maximum of 6 months after signing the purchase contract.
If you hold the property privately in Dubai, you must declare and pay tax on the rental income and sales profit in your German tax return. As in Germany, the profit from the property is tax-free after a speculation period of 10 years, but the depreciation on your property also applies in Dubai. Upon transfer of ownership, 4% costs are incurred for registration with the DLD (similar to the land registry).
